We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Scientific Journals Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our journals stakeholders and suppliers, as well as managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to Editors, Authors, and Publishers with queries on articles in the editorial and production process.
- Monitor journal performance through the entire end-to-end process of publication.
- Address content-related customer support requests and inquiries.
- Display knowledge of academic publishing, library sciences, and university culture.
- Able to work in the office in Exeter one day per week.
