Cover Supervisor Position

We are working with Secondary Schools in Brentwood and surrounding areas to recruit a Cover Supervisor for a full-time position.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a desire to support students in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers (varying subjects)
- Working with students aged 4 – 16
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a fun but firm presence
- Demonstrating ability to build professional relationships with students
- Having a strength in any subject across the curriculum
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
- Flexibility to work in different subjects
- Confidence in managing behaviour
- Ability to demonstrate professional relationships with students
- Interest in education
