Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduling Lead to enhance our Project Management Office (PMO) on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the scheduling process to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs within the Infrastructure Directorate.
  • Develop and uphold standards and procedures that enable precise schedule analysis and reporting at both the Program and Portfolio levels.
  • Manage and maintain an integrated master schedule that encompasses various programs and projects.
  • Oversee monthly planning and scheduling assurance for Combined Authority initiatives.
  • Establish and lead the application of specialized planning and scheduling methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Guide the scheduling team in validating and verifying schedule management inputs according to established procedures.
  • Generate clear, concise, and compelling schedule analyses, reports, and commentary for all stakeholders at project, program, and portfolio levels.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of schedule information to align with required reporting and governance timelines.
  • Possess a solid understanding of planning, scheduling, and project control methodologies.
  • Continuously assess schedule performance and recommend necessary interventions or modifications.
  • Provide guidance on complex scheduling needs and effectively communicate analysis and corrective actions.
  • Play a pivotal role within the PMO team, leading the creation of plans and analyzing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling and project management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex schedules.
