Gaming Supervisor Role

About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Gaming Supervisor to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our gaming team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for our customers.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the gaming floor and ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a secure and fair manner.
  • Providing guidance and support to the gaming team to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring the gaming tables to ensure that all procedures are being followed and that the gaming equipment is in good working order.
  • Upholding the company's commitment to responsible gambling and ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and with respect.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous gaming experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of gaming procedures and regulations.
