We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our successful sales team at Montracon, a leading manufacturer of trailers in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fleet sales and a strong understanding of the commercial fleet sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Coordinate Sales Activities**: Ensure the business meets its sales targets and objectives, maintaining client relationships at the highest levels.
  • **Manage Sales Function**: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales of company products.
  • **Demonstrate Sales Pipeline**: Provide regular updates to the Senior Management team on sales performance and pipeline.
  • **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical support and guidance to clients on trailer sales and specifications.
  • **Client Liaison**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • **Sales Lifecycle Management**: Secure customer commitment, manage sales quotations, and provide end-to-end customer support.
  • **Market Intelligence**: Gather market intelligence from customers to influence and improve company sales strategy.
  • **Customer Database**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
  • **Sales Targets**: Achieve sales targets and goals set for the area, establishing and expanding the customer base.
  • **Regional Sales Operations**: Contribute to regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Requirements:
  • **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in fleet sales, with a strong understanding of the commercial fleet sector.
  • **Technical Knowledge**: Vehicle technical knowledge and a technical understanding of the commercial fleet sector.
  • **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • **Pro-Active**: Pro-active in identifying and generating new business opportunities against sales and profitability targets.
