Community Host

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to join our team. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a positive and memorable experience for our hirers, assisting with the setting up of facilities for lettings and other school-related events.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are left as found, including sweeping, tidying, and storing equipment.
- Ensure the security and safety of our school by unlocking gates and doors, and locking them securely at the end of the shift.
- Complete health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to carry out the role.
