We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Training Specialist who possesses a solid background in procurement, especially within the public sector. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about imparting their knowledge and enhancing their training capabilities. Your engaging demeanor and commitment to education will empower professionals to enhance their procurement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

  • Lead dynamic training sessions focused on procurement, emphasizing public sector methodologies.
  • Encourage participation through discussions and activities tailored to diverse learning preferences.
  • Support senior trainers in delivering advanced training modules.

Course Development:

  • Assist in the creation and modification of training materials to accommodate various audiences.
  • Ensure that all content is presented in a clear and comprehensible manner.

Participant Support:

  • Offer guidance and encouragement to attendees throughout and following training sessions.
  • Gather feedback to refine and enhance training initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Fundamental understanding of procurement, with some experience in the public sector preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Genuine passion for teaching and fostering the development of others.

Desirable:

  • CIPS Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a willingness to pursue such certification.
  • Experience in a training or mentoring capacity.
