Job Title: Chef - Care Home Position

Flackwell Heath Golf Club is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in the café and bar menu, as well as pre-booked buffets for functions. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cater for a range of requirements, including dinner functions, wedding buffets, wakes, and birthdays.
  • Manage the kitchen staff roster and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent customer service and ensure high-quality food production.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Food Health and Safety certification, with Level 3 desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage all kitchen elements on quieter days.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
