**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Personal Care**: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting dignity and respecting privacy.
- **Medication Support**: Support clients with medication reminders and administration, ensuring compliance with prescribed medication schedules and dosage instructions.
- **Companionship**: Engage in meaningful interactions with clients, providing emotional support and companionship, and fostering a positive social environment.
- **Household Assistance**: Help with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and organising to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- **Mobility Support**: Assist clients with mobility aids, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals to promote physical well-being and prevent falls.

**Requirements from you**:

- Reliable
- Right to work and live in UK
- Valid UK driving license with vehicle
- Good numeracy, spoken and written English skills
- No experience required, as full comprehensive training is provided.
- Empathy
- Patience
- Compassion
