About the Role

We are seeking an Early Careers Business Partner to join our team at Leonardo. As an Early Careers Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering our Apprenticeship programs and supporting the development of our early career pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide line management supervision to Apprentices, ensuring their progress and pastoral care.
  • Develop a learning culture and environment that supports the development of Apprentices' skills, knowledge, and careers.
  • Work closely with Training Providers to monitor and deliver attendance, progress, performance, and assessment of Apprentices on program.
  • Organize and lead site-based/local Apprentice Governance Group meetings and facilitate monthly Early Careers forums.
  • Manage and maintain learner data, tracking progress, supporting self-assessment, quality audits, and evaluation activities as required.
  • Support business planning activities, including establishing new trainee pipelines and Early Careers recruitment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate practical experience of developing and delivering early careers/trainee programs and delivering specialist advice.
  • Sound knowledge of Apprenticeship framework requirements and funding streams/systems and compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current Skills coaching techniques and Safeguarding & Prevent legislation.
  • Proven ability to work with varied internal and external stakeholders across a matrix structure.
  • Confident and able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team.
