Clinical Allied Health Professional Reflective Writing Assessor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join our team as a Reflective Writing Assessor. As a key member of our medical education team, you will play a vital role in promoting and assessing reflective writing skills among our students.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an AHP to contribute to the development of our students' reflective writing skills, which are essential for their professional growth and practice. As a Reflective Writing Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and providing feedback on students' written reflections across the 5-year curriculum.
You will also attend team meetings and participate in benchmarking activities to ensure consistency and quality in our assessment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide feedback on students' written reflections

- Contribute to the development of our students' reflective writing skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered AHP with the relevant regulating body, undergoing regular appraisal, and currently practicing in the Peninsula. An interest in education and experience of teaching are essential, with previous experience of reflective writing desirable.
