Job Title: Senior National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our client, a multi-award-winning skincare brand. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for premium departments and high street stores in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand execution for premium departments and high street stores.
  • Manage the full P&L for the UK market, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver and develop impactful local marketing campaigns, media activations, and ensure the accounts have the right plan focused on visibility, search, and promotion.
  • Build close relationships with retailers to drive value and add-on purchases.
  • Forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations.
Requirements:
  • P&L and JBP ownership experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness, acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and analytical, comfortable working with data.
  • Memorable, positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence.
