We're looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues and managers to achieve store goals and objectives
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all colleagues and customers

Requirements

You'll also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
