Senior Mortgage Adviser Role

Are you a seasoned financial professional looking for a challenging opportunity to work with high net worth clients and successful entrepreneurs? We have an exciting role for a Senior Mortgage Adviser to join our client's innovative financial services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on mortgage applications and develop comprehensive financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional parties
  • Pursue new business opportunities and originate deals
  • Structure commercial transactions exceeding £500,000 and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Grow new introducers and professional parties, and manage junior team members
  • Assist senior leadership in strategic growth of the mortgage team
Package and Benefits:
  • Annual salary of £30,000 – £35,000
  • Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working
  • Opportunity to work with high net worth clients and successful entrepreneurs
  • Direct line management for junior members and cross-referrals to other areas of the group
Requirements:
  • CeMAP Level 3 qualification and at least three years of experience in financial institutions
  • Experience advising on mortgages over £1m and strong understanding of FCA and MCOB regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents
  • Great emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills, with strong numerical skills for loan calculations and repayments
