Senior Mortgage Adviser

**Job Summary**

Fintelligent is seeking a skilled Senior Mortgage Adviser to join our financial services team. As a key player in our mortgage team, you will advise on mortgage applications, develop and maintain client relationships, and pursue new customer opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Advise on mortgage applications and structure commercial transactions exceeding £500,000
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients and successful entrepreneurs
* Pursue new customer opportunities and grow new introducers and professional parties
* Originate deals and manage client relationships
* Ensure strong compliance with every client and transaction

**Package and Benefits**

The Senior Mortgage Adviser role includes a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year, full-time, permanent position, and hybrid working. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of the mortgage team.

**Requirements**

* CeMAP Level 3 qualification
* At least three years of experience in financial institutions
* Experience advising on mortgages over £1m
* Strong understanding of FCA and MCOB regulations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents
* Great emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
* Strong numerical skills for loan calculations and repayments
