GP Receptionist/Telephonist

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Telephonist/Receptionist to join our team at Skene Medical Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Providing administrative support to the practice team
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
- Assisting with day-to-day operations and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with practice management systems
- Flexibility to work a 37-hour week, with some evening and weekend shifts
