About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential by providing high-quality physiotherapy services.

Your responsibilities will include assessing residents' physical needs, creating personalized care plans, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and make a positive impact on our residents' lives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC), and membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN). A background in NHS band 6 or equivalent post-qualification experience is also essential.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. A person-centred approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care are essential for this role.
