Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Professor in Biotechnology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology and a proven track record of research excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality research in biotechnology, with a focus on advancing cellular model systems and making breakthrough biotechnological discoveries.
  • Teach and supervise students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a focus on delivering high-quality education and research training.
  • Contribute to the development of new research projects and collaborations, with a focus on enhancing the research environment in the Department and beyond.
  • Engage in administrative and citizenship activities, with a focus on fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • PhD in Biosciences or a related subject.
  • Experience in biotechnology research, with a focus on advancing cellular model systems and making breakthrough biotechnological discoveries.
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality education and research training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the development of new research projects and collaborations.
