Join Our Team as a Relief Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Relief Assistant Shop Manager. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for assisting the shop manager in the day-to-day operations of our charity shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the shop manager in achieving income targets by maximising sales and donations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers
  • Lead by example and support the team in accepting, sorting, pricing, steaming, and displaying goods for sale
  • Effectively lead shop volunteers and support their tasks and commitments to meet shop KPI requirements
  • Develop a positive team spirit and promote the work of the Hospice
  • Use social media to promote the shop and its activities

No retail experience is required, as we can provide training. We are looking for someone with the drive and determination to do a good job and make a positive impact on our team.
