About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Campaign Manager to join our team at Diffusion, a leading international consultancy that helps businesses challenge the status quo. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in delivering creative and thought-leadership driven communications campaigns that drive meaningful results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide total account management, including client counsel, creative thinking, team management, and resource planning.
  • Develop and execute multi-disciplinary campaigns that incorporate creative storytelling, content marketing, social media, and media relations to deliver award-winning results.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to design and deliver campaigns that meet the needs of our clients and drive business transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong senior media contacts across a range of technology, business, vertical, and trade media.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital tactics and the impact of social media on PR.
  • Work in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding agency environment and be self-sufficient, proactive, and a problem solver.
  • Be a motivational team player, calm under pressure, with a positive attitude and a strong understanding of what makes a story.

Requirements

  • Four to five years' experience working across a range of B2B campaigns.
  • Experience in business issues-led and thought-leadership campaigns.
  • Expertise in working with clients in B2B sectors such as professional services, HR, logistics, retail, and marketing services.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and provide total account management.
  • Strong senior media contacts across a range of technology, business, vertical, and trade media.
  • Good understanding of digital tactics and the impact of social media on PR.
