About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager to join our team and help shape the future of e-commerce shipping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end, launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, and creating high-quality communications and copy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution
  3. Design and create engaging communications and copy, including email, social media, and landing pages
  4. Analyze campaign performance, assess against goals, and optimize key metrics to drive business results
  5. Establish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management
  6. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver work on time and on budget

Requirements

  1. Proven experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  2. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  3. Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches
  4. Experience in marketing or marketing research, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  5. Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  2. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
