About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in Planning, Regeneration, Architecture, Surveying, or a related discipline. You will have experience in producing and using spreadsheets, carrying out surveys and site visits, and knowledge of current planning and regeneration issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with professionals, contractors, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of regeneration projects
  • Conduct surveys and site visits to inform project development
  • Produce and use spreadsheets to analyze data and inform decision-making
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including professionals, contractors, and the community
