Join Our Regeneration Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regeneration Project Officer to join our award-winning, multi-disciplinary Regeneration team at Renfrewshire Council.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our ambitious regeneration programme, which aims to transform Renfrewshire into a thriving and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of regeneration projects, working closely with stakeholders and partners to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct surveys and site visits to gather data and insights, using analytical information technology tools to inform project decisions.
  • Collaborate with professionals, contractors, and the community to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other analytical tools to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent in Planning, Regeneration, Architecture, Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in producing and using spreadsheets and other analytical information technology tools.
  • Knowledge of current planning and regeneration issues, including the ability to read and use plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
