Main Purpose of Role:

To provide administrative support to the Anti Money Laundering (AML) Team at Dexters Estate Agent Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and implementing the company's AML best practices, effectively communicating with colleagues and providing administrative support to the AML team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the AML Advisors to administratively manage the team's workflow on our ticketing system, ensuring timely responses to critical messages and queries.
  • Providing support to the team to action basic referrals and managing Amber tickets for offices without an OSCM/Senior Coordinator - Compliance.
  • Carrying out basic audits on sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants' compliance, and assisting offices with Land Registry checks.
  • Performing administrative tasks, including user setup for our IT systems, and assisting in developing and documenting best practices for the team.

Requirements:

  • A passion for customer service and upholding our service standards.
  • Previous experience within Dexters Estate Agent Group, with a strong track record.
  • Good knowledge of Dexters best practices.
  • Confidence to work as part of a busy helpdesk, dealing with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent timekeeping and absence record.
  • An enthusiastic and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
  • A smart and well-presented individual, upholding our dress code.
  • An ambassador for the company, always acting in the best interest of Dexters Estate Agent Group.
