About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our Relief Pool as Relief Support Practitioners in Fife. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will provide valuable support to our teams and the people we support, helping to cover short or long-term planned and unplanned absences or gaps in our rotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and participate in their local community.
- Work collaboratively with our teams to develop and implement support plans, promoting the well-being and quality of life of the people we support.
- Support individuals to develop their day-to-day living skills, including personal care, cooking, and household management.
- Accompany individuals on outings and activities, promoting social connections and community engagement.
- Work flexibly to cover a range of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
