Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Support Assistant to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide specialized support for a student with diverse educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate enhanced learning experiences for an individual student with emotional and sensory requirements.
2. Assist the student in accessing both indoor and outdoor educational settings, promoting integration with peers and full engagement with the curriculum.
3. Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to the student’s learning journey.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable nature, with the ability to work under the guidance of the Class Teacher while also demonstrating initiative. A commitment to supporting the student in achieving their educational goals is essential.

Team Collaboration:
Working as part of a small, dedicated team requires flexibility and a collaborative spirit, as you will engage with various members of the school community.
