**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality bar operations
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
* Develop and implement effective training programs for bar staff
* Monitor and control bar stock, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory levels
* Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a bar supervisory role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
