At Transform Housing & Support, we're committed to providing a high-quality service to our clients in Walton on Thames, Molesey, Hersham, Thames Ditton, Hinchley Wood, and Cobham. As a Housing & Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a keyworker to clients, providing guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with a community of professionals to ensure the right outcomes for our clients.
  • Conduct room inspections, health and safety checks, and make rooms homely for new residents.
  • Support clients with repair issues and repayment agreements for rent arrears.
  • Participate in planning and running extra-curricular workshops, including sport activities and relaxation sessions.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus benefits.
  • A full-time position with an average of 39 hours per week on a shift basis.

  • A comprehensive induction program, including online training, in-person training, and shadowing.
  • The chance to undertake a relevant extended training course after two years.
Requirements:
  • Able to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients.
  • Ability to manage your own time, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines.
  • An Enhanced DBS check, which will be completed by us upon successful application.
  • A full valid driving license and use of your own car for business purposes.
