About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff. You will work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes
  • Work with one client per shift, with minimal travel
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration

About HFH Healthcare

We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status.
