About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist nurse-led teams to deliver 24-hour care, 365 days a year.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements:
