Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Refuse Truck Driver to join our team. As a Refuse Truck Driver, you will be responsible for collecting general waste throughout the week, with occasional assistance on green waste or recycling collections. You will work closely with the collecting crew to ensure efficient and safe waste collection.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect general waste, green waste, and recycling using a refuse truck
* Work collaboratively with the collecting crew to achieve collection targets
* Ensure all waste is collected and disposed of in accordance with regulations
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

* Full UK Driver's Licence with Cat C
* Digi Card
* CPC card
* Previous experience in a similar role
* No more than 6 points on your licence

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 (some flexibility required)

Hourly Rate:

* £11.82 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £15.31 after 12 consecutive weeks

Contract Type:

* Temporary

Duration:

* Regular and ongoing work throughout the year
