We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Wolfson Court Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years old. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children, and promote a culture of safeguarding and child protection.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children, and contribute to the overall success of the nursery.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
