Job DescriptionAbout the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Exemplar Health Care as a Nurse Unit Manager, leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a care home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to care plans.
  • Develop and implement effective care strategies, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring smooth running and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN).
  • Proven experience in a care home or similar setting, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
