We are currently offering two positions within our dynamic educational environment.

At the City of Edinburgh Council, we prioritize learning as the core of our mission, fostering an atmosphere where every individual can thrive and develop.

We actively cultivate partnerships among staff, students, families, and the wider community to empower all learners to reach their fullest potential.

Our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equality is unwavering.

We aspire to be a beacon of excellence within our community, promoting high standards of attendance, achievement, and success. We take pride in the strong relationships built between staff and students.

We are in search of a dedicated Pupil Support Assistant to contribute to our Enhanced Support Base and Wellbeing Hub. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe and inviting atmosphere that fosters positive relationships, enabling young individuals to realize their potential. In our pursuit of enhancing our organizational culture and establishing a collaborative environment for the people of Edinburgh, we aim to attract the most suitable candidates, not only based on their skills and experience but also on their work ethic.

To facilitate this, we are revamping our interview and assessment process, transitioning from a competency-based approach to a behavioral and technical skills-based methodology. This innovative interviewing style will enable us to evaluate your thought processes and how you embody our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Flexibility in your professional conduct.
