About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores area, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Unpack and check deliveries, stock shelves, maintain stores, and kit up parts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with various parts of the business, including Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering.
  • ERP System Management: Update the ERP systems daily to ensure accurate inventory levels and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A blend of IQ and EQ with the ability to solve new problems in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Regulated Environment: Working in a regulated or complex stores/inventory management environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • ERP System Experience: Experience with ERP systems and the ability to learn new software skills quickly.
  • Team Player: A team player with a can-do attitude who works well in a range of teams.

Working Hours:

  • Shift Pattern: Early and late rotating shift pattern.
  • Working Hours: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
