As a leading provider of business solutions, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and protecting our clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations Scheduler:

  • Contacting clients to book in routine service and maintenance visits for both internal teams and external partners
  • Conducting all scheduling support tasks, such as booking accommodations and arranging logistics
  • Handling and allocating resources to emergency situations and other reactive tasks
  • Liaising with team members to ensure correct times, materials, and reports are allocated to all tasks

Requirements

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to think critically
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong team working skills
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong time and task management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including typing skills

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Office Based)
