Multi-Crew Cooperation Training Specialist

The Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (MCCI) plays a pivotal role in delivering the approved courses within the ATO framework, specifically focusing on MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI courses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Ground School sessions for the MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI courses.
- Provide simulator instruction tailored to the MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI courses.
- Design and refine training materials, lesson plans, and courseware to ensure compliance with regulatory updates and industry standards.
- Assess and evaluate trainee performance through written tests, simulator evaluations, and practical exercises, offering constructive feedback for enhancement.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, security measures, and operational standards during all training activities.
- Encourage a supportive learning atmosphere that fosters teamwork, professionalism, and a dedication to excellence among participants.
Essential qualifications include:
- A current or previously held UK Part FCL Airline Transport Pilot License.
- A minimum of 1500 hours of flight experience in multi-pilot environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of multi-crew cooperation principles, Crew Resource Management (CRM), and standard operating procedures in aviation.
- Adaptability to changing schedules and evolving training requirements.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, working alongside colleagues and stakeholders to meet training goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to engage and motivate staff at all organizational levels.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Current UK Part-FCL MCCI qualification, with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI being advantageous.
- Extensive experience in pilot training as an instructor.
- Experience as a Simulator Flight Instructor (SFI), Training Captain (TRI), and Simulator Flight Examiner (SFE) or Training Examiner (TRE).
- Experience operating FNPT II MCC Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) or Flight Training Devices (FTDs).
- Familiarity with UK CAA and EASA regulations regarding APS MCC training.
- A current or previously held UK Part FCL Flying Instructor Rating.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with flexibility to accommodate unsociable hours, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
