Service Transformation

As part of our service enhancement initiative, we are merging our current teams into a cohesive Community Mental Health Team. This integration will enable us to address a wide range of mental health diagnoses and presentations, including:

Role Responsibilities

As a member of our established team, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with complex mental health challenges across various diagnostic categories.

In this role, you will engage with individuals who may exhibit chaotic and emotionally dysregulated behaviors. While this can be challenging, our team maintains a positive and non-judgmental approach, focusing on understanding the factors contributing to their current state.
