Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with SEN and SEMH needs? We are seeking a confident and passionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their learning, assisting the teacher in the classroom or 1:1 with a pupil.
  • Gain valuable experience in a school setting, working with children with mental health needs and physical disabilities.
  • Collaborate with qualified SEN and Mental Health professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists to provide comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Requirements:
  • Obtained a First-Class Psychology Degree or a degree from a UK University.
  • Previous experience and a passion for working with children, with a desire to become an Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist.
  • A commitment to working in a school setting, supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
