Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our brand development efforts. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building brands and a deep understanding of the on-trade market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans to drive commercial growth and deliver against key performance indicators.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will take ownership of delivering the next phase of our growth strategy, building and executing brand plans to drive business results. You will be a natural leader, able to support and develop your team, while delivering on the day-to-day demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute comprehensive brand plans that drive commercial growth and deliver against key performance indicators.
  • To lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • To work closely with the Digital & Content team to support their delivery of brand plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • To drive business performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
  • To ensure accurate budget tracking and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • To deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a highly experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in brand development and leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing a team.
  • A deep understanding of the on-trade market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business results.
