Dynamic Opportunity in the North West

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking two Interim HR Advisors to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an Interim HR Advisor, you will focus on Employee Relations, managing a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large caseload of Employee Relations cases, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and best practices to employees and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
