A well-established insurance brokerage is seeking a skilled Household Insurance Account Handler to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your insurance career and work alongside experienced colleagues.
- Successfully broker new business enquiries, MTA's, and insurance renewals while providing exceptional service to clients.
- Liaise with colleagues to share information about the current insurance marketplace and assist them with any insurance queries.
- Provide insurers and underwriters with accurate information to ensure they can assess each risk correctly.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure copies of correspondence and telephone notes are correctly recorded.
- Proficient in PC software
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous household insurance experience
- Excellent telephone manner
