Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Assistant to join our team in the PE6 area. As a Care Assistant, you will work on a one-to-one basis with our clients in their own homes, delivering person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with meal preparation and drinks
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, domestic duties, and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating care plans
