- Service Delivery: Build meaningful relationships and deliver outcome-focused support to young individuals and their families, ensuring the involvement of all relevant stakeholders.
- Be accessible to young people and families during critical moments.
- Engage with young individuals to explore their values and attitudes, affirming their feelings and ideas while nurturing their learning.
- Contribute actively to case progression, helping young people and families recognize their progress.
- Assess and respond effectively to situations where young individuals or families may be at risk.
- Participate in the includem Helpline evening service, ensuring support is available around the clock.
- Respond to inquiries from young people and families via the Helpline, sourcing support from designated teams and offering solutions where necessary.

- Capability to provide emotional, practical, and social support.
