Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in engaging vulnerable young individuals and families who have encountered challenging life circumstances, supporting them towards positive change.

  • Flexibility in responding to the evolving needs of young people and families.
  • Capability to provide emotional, practical, and social support.
  • Ability to document and evidence practice effectively.
