Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join their team in Bradford. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting people leaders to manage Employee Relations issues, develop management behaviors, and foster positive working relationships with colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR and Employee Relations Advisory experience, excellent communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law. They will also have a clear customer service mindset and experience working within unionized industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing Employee Relations cases in terms of risk and offering possible solutions
  • Providing advice and guidance on sickness, absence, disciplinary, and welfare cases
  • Developing management behaviors and styles to foster positive working relationships
