Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Cbwstaffingsolutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a commercial office contract located in a major city.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamping
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
  • Work with pumps and motors
Requirements
  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client-facing
