About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Administrator to join our Claims Team at Adjusting Appointments Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Claims Managers and Loss Adjusters, ensuring the smooth operation of our claims handling process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Claims Team, including diary management, booking appointments, and allocating post to files.
  • Deal with external queries and liaise with Loss Adjusters as required.
  • Run, check, and analyse management reports to ensure high standards of quality and management information.
  • Attend client review meetings and take minutes/notes and actions arising from meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and liaise with Brokers and Insurers.
  • Carry out other general administration tasks as required.
About You
  • You will have exceptional communication skills and experience, as well as excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on quality.
  • You will be able to forge and develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • You will have experience working within a Customer Services/Insurance related role.
  • You will thrive in a high-pressured working environment.
  • You will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
