Claims Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Support Administrator to join our team at Adjusting Appointments Limited, a leading Independent Global Loss Adjuster. As a Claims Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Claims team, working with both the UK and Europe to handle a mixture of Property & Liability (Personal Injury) losses through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data is accurately input to achieve high standards of quality and management information.
- Diary management and booking appointments.
- Allocate post to files, scan documents, photocopy, and file.
- Deal with external queries and liaise with Loss Adjusters as required.
- Run, check, and analyse management reports.
- Attend client review meetings and take minutes/notes.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and liaise with Brokers and Insurers.
- Perform other general administration tasks as required.
About You:
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to forge and develop strong relationships internally and externally.
- Experience working in a Customer Services/Insurance related role.
- Thriving in a high-pressured working environment.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Happy to work from an office base within a Team environment.
