About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position within our retail store operations. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Leading and developing a diverse team of retail professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Managing store budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
