Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Card Factory. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, focusing on customer experience, colleague development, and delivering commercial growth in line with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Make informed commercial decisions around stock availability, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve store profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
